If possible I will give them 0 or Minus star rating. Not a single representative had manners. I was there today to buy fridge. Need some guidance u0026 more info on some items. Literally 4 representative ignored me. They were running here u0026 there but no one came to help. Finally I asked them for help, one said I will complete my work u0026 then help you. I dont know what he was doing for 20mins in the same aisle as I was. Really very disappointed with service. Really wanted give them hard time that time, but I did not wanted to waste my time u0026 energy.

Very assertive staff and superb customer service. We bought a dryer and washer the sales guy was so helpful and discounted us massively.

Unless you are buying a phone plan or Apple product expect to have to wait for someone to help you weekday staff when I have been there during the week are better but weekend staff guessing they are making commission and that's why they really are not interested in you

There seems to be some people didnt quite like the customer service here. Got curious, I didnt find anything disrespectful or anything, upon entering there wasnt much people inside. The one who serve me however was very detailed and have a lot of knowledge in my interests products. Did kinda feel like they weren't in their best mood but nothing sort of outright disrespectful. Great service would probably come back again.

Myself and fiancé came in tonight to buy a new tv, Blake the salesman was the worst salesmen ever. Went in there knowing what I wanted to buy, he was so degrading when I said I didn’t want the $1500 tv. “Okay don’t expand your budget an extra $500” then when I said on the website the price was a little cheaper compared to what it was in store. He then proceeded to complain that I didn’t want to make up the extra $30 compared to what it was online…. Only given 2 stars because of the girl at the front desk who was helpful getting us to the loading dock to pick it up, and the boss man in the warehouse who helped us to get it into the van. Message for Blake from sales rep to sales rep: Stop being so pushy and forcing an up sell, you will get no where in life being so pushy and degrading.

Was a good experience and we were helped and served by Sarah who was amazing and gave us good bundles

Wish i could give something less than a 0. Went to the store to find a solution but instead i was harassed. No help was provide. How unprofessional a staff could be asking the customer to go to Apple and get the phone checked because they were unable to check through their help and support. Drove all the way to fountain gate from Cranbourne park using my own petrol and at the end the manager tells that he cannot give me my money back because apple didn't find any fault in it. I dont care what apple found or didn't find i spent the money and im not happy with the purchase and i find it faulty. I cant do my day to day things normally on the phone that i purchase. Really dissapointed with my purchase and the customer service i got from you guys. Never ever spending a single penny here again.

Got a plush Totoro. Despite being quite busy, staff at the counter was more than happy to check if an item was stocked for me, assisted me in paying with Afterpay, and gave me directions to a nearby store in the shopping centre. They even helped set me up JB Perks via my mobile number, giving me a $10 discount, which I later used to purchase a new pair of headphones online. Gentleman at the door was quite friendly too.
