The team at this store is amazing. Carol is fantastic, so knowledgeable and very attentive. They got my phone totally set up and working before I left the store and Carole even got a colleague to help to speed things up. Never been so impressed with a cellular store and the team (especially Carol) are a huge asset to virgin mobile.

I went to upgrade my phone and I was helped by a very helpful, funny, and knowledgeable man named Jeremy. He was amazing. Everything I needed was taken care of. It was quick, but I still felt like I wasn't being rushed at the same time. The customer service was an 11/10. I highly recommend visiting this location if you want reliable service from highly skilled people that take the time to give you the best possible deal and understand what will suit your needs. Ask for Jeremy, he will be super helpful and he was really funny, making it such a great experience!

Md.Alamin Hridoy was amazing. He really assisted my mom to set up her new watch and phone, he was very patient and provided excellent customer service. He explained everything to ensure she understood and spent a great deal of time making sure everything was set up perfect. I would highly recommend asking for him!
