Apple Manhasset

I always used a case with my phone. The guy who sold me , us three phones, told me I didn’t need a case with my IPhone 14. He said he dropped his so many times and nothing happened. I never dropped my phones so I took his word for it. My phone is cracked up in the back from falling and all scratched in the front from falling. It figures I would drop this phone but it fell off my bed. The phone is very slippery. Don’t listen to the geniuses not so smart. Costing a 1200 dollar phone.

My experience at apple has always been great here and it’s my go to location. Jose the manager and Wendy were extremely professional and made my latest experience seamless. Always a pleasure to purchase or solve any of my issues in this location.

I observed my I phone 13 pro battery getting weak because every day I fully charged the phone turns it off within 2 mins. In couple of days I saw my phone battery bloated . I made appointment November 6th went to the store technician said it’s gonna cost you $600-$700 because phone might be have internal issues. You can buy new one because it’s not worth it to fix it. However, I made appointment to the local phone shop he changed the battery and phone completely works fine. It cost me $125 dollars.

All items have a year warranty and even with providing a receipt they give you a hard time. I was there yesterday, came in polite to replace wear and tear on a watch band and the lady that asked me what I came in for had the biggest attitude. I said; “Hi good morning, I’m here to get a replacement band for my ultra watch and I have the receipt here as well” she sighs and says “Hmmm I don’t know if they can help you” so at that point another employee came to talk to her about something and was actually nicer and recognized me because he had helped me with my AirPods that I had an issue with as well. I don’t know who the lady is and what her name is she refused to give me her name, she was there yesterday November 28th, 2023 at the morning shift (opening) she’s got light brown hair and has an accent she’s a Latino woman. I’m sure whoever reads this comment that checks these reviews will know who she is. That store only has about 3 maybe 4 good employees that actually care about helping customers. They need to have more customer service training specifically teach them to not let their position get to their heads and be rude when a customer comes in polite and greets them properly.

Located in miracle mile Americana strip mall. Always crowded. All apple products displayed and available for customer test. Problem with an apple product, take an appointment and wait for days. Not every associate is fully knowledgeable. Purchase is very easy and convenient. One swipe and you are out. Parking is easy.

Beware of the nebbish service rep with the 50's hair style. Especially if you arrive early to pick up on online purchase. With every ounce of authority the little fella has, he will make you wait until the very last minute. Bypass him and find a friendlier more professional sales rep who will take the 2 minutes to retrieve your item and allow you to be on your way.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Did not have to wait much at all. Was able to resolve my iPhone problem

This location is busy but not overcrowded. Better than any location attached to a mall. Staff are friendly and it’s easy to set up an appointment if you make one in person. One of the tech guys walked through every possible scenario of the issue I was having with my AirPods. Tip: Request a note to be left on file in case you need to revisit for the same issues.
