10-10-2023 15:31I placed an cu0026c order from online and received an email notification on 22nd before I could pick it up that my order had been collected. When I called their store , their manager named Natalie said a young Asian girl with an Australian driver license came to collect, also insisted on checking all the information, and both are correct. Even I told her this is not possible because my order is under my mother’s name and she was still overseas on 22nd( I have her flight ticket to prove), also she is not an Australian citizen. Even so, she didn't think to go over and see what was wrong, and she said, If you have any questions, you can call the police, we've already completed the order. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She refused to give me my stuff and provided no proof, it was so ridiculous , I spent money and was denied access to my stuff. So I had to finish my work earlier and went to police station, the police checked all driver's license of the country, no one has the same name on the order, and the police are more convinced that they made a mistake. On the evening of 22nd, I contacted the store again when Natalie was already off work, another manager was still adamant that they had not done anything wrong, and they firmly believed that they had not given it to the wrong person. Even though I can provide evidence, and they can just refuse me for no reason. Around 11:00 am on the 23rd. One of their other managers called me and told me that they had made a mistake and that I could go to the store and get my stuff. I went to the store with my mum (she arrived in Sydney on the morning flight of the 23rd). Natalie gave me my stuff in a very arrogant manner, without even basic courtesy. What's more, the staff next to her with red and black hair ( I don’t know her name) kept laughing at me, so I had to tell her to stop laughing, this is not a right customer service especially if you guys made a mistake, This staff clearly didn't care what I said, Natalie continued to tell me that she had done nothing wrong she insisted there is a lady with the same first name but different last name came to pick the order, even though i told her police already checked the driver license system, she said policeman made a mistake. Through the two days of dealing with Natalie on 22nd and 23rd, I have reason to think that she is racist, and if the same thing happens to Australians, her attitude would change. She insisted on giving it to the same person so she thinks all Asians look the same. She kept pressing me , also I felt very uncomfortable about my shopping experience. In addition, for any inconvenience, i didn't get any apologize from JB HiFi

06-11-2023 04:45I had an exceptionally unpleasant shopping experience at JB Hi-Fi recently. The behavior of the staff during my visit was shockingly unprofessional, mean-spirited, and, at times, deeply disconcerting. It's disheartening to recount how their actions and attitudes made me feel extremely upset and uncomfortable throughout my visit. In particular, the manager, Natalie, demonstrated a concerning level of rudeness and disregard for customer satisfaction. Her interactions with me were discourteous and far from the standard of professionalism I expected from a manager in a reputable store. What added to my distress was the perception of a less-than-welcoming atmosphere, which led me to believe that there might be elements of discrimination at play, although I want to clarify that I cannot definitively assert this. Regardless, the atmosphere created was unwelcoming and left me deeply disheartened. I believe that JB Hi-Fi should take these concerns seriously and take immediate steps to address the behavior of its staff and the professionalism of its management. I sincerely hope that future customers do not have to endure such a disappointing and uncomfortable shopping experience.

04-10-2023 12:47If you know what you're looking for that's great, but if you need assistance or advice be prepared to wait. The place is always busy, loaded with an enormous amount of products, but not many staff to help. The register staff are quick and efficient, no time for even a courteous welcome or goodbye, you'll just get hustled along so they can serve the next customer behind you. Good luck finding the checkouts or the way out of the store. The atmosphere is like a busy bazaar.

03-21-2023 16:05It's my favourite JB Hi-Fi, they have such a large variety and such good prices, super friendly and helpful staff. The in store layout is brilliant focusing on house appliances on the right and laptops and tablets on the left. I could get lost in there for hours. Thanks JB Hi-Fi for encouraging me to part with my money 😜

03-16-2023 05:37They were super fast and super generous when I took my Dell monitor back after it stopped working six months after I bought it. They initially said it was only under repair not replace warranty and that it could take a couple of weeks because it had to go back to Dell in Sydney. But I got a text two days later that it was ready to pick up and they gave me a brand new one - very happy!!
