10 Star Computers

My laptop decided that it didn’t want to power on for me on Saturday. Before that it was running slow and I was getting emails from Microsoft that China and Austria were trying to hack into my account. The last email I got from them they said that I had a virus. Chris came out and was able to diagnose it and said I didn’t have a virus. He was able to power up my computer, cleaned it up for me and even gave my computer a boost so no more taking naps waiting for pages to open up. I HIGHLY recommend this company. If I was able to give it 10 Stars I definitely would’ve.

My computer started freezing unexpectedly and would take over an hour to reboot to my splash screen. My first thought was calling a repair ‘store’ with a physical address. As I browsed reviews I did not note many happy customers anywhere! Machines missing parts, weeks of delay… So I decided to call a mobile repair shop. Chris promptly made an appointment for the next day, arrived on time and fixed my problems, and more! Thx Chris!

Great service, has a ransomwear attack, Chris came out and had me back up and running in a hour. Best computer service out there. Do yourself a favor, and use these guys. You won't be dissapointed!

We have taken our computer to places around Henderson and unfortunately we have not received the best service as of late. I am so glad I called 10 Star Computers instead. Chris is absolutely the best computer tech we have hired. Was able to setup our printer and was able to transfer all my files from one computer to another. He even brought an old computer back to life!
