Bought a used Samsung s10 phone here. Still works great, great price, polite staff, and they give you a warranty. I would definitely come back.

The stupid staff can't tell the difference between dust and a scratch will tell u one price over phone then offer way less when in store will never go back to this store in response to your comment yeah I was qmgry as I traveld over an hour i took it home cleaned it took it to another phone store and they paid brand new price so good work

I bought a second hand iPhone from Rain at the Sunnybank store, it was in great condition and saved me money from buying new. You can’t go wrong with these guys. Not only do they sell good quality stuff, they stand by it. Cheers

I travelled to the store to purchase an s21 ultra advertised through Facebook here. When I got there the phone had been sold. They offered an alternative, which was more expensive, and I was told it was because it was a display model. After it played up following a drop I took it to be repaired, and when I mentioned it was a display model he corrected me and told me it was definitely a refurbished phone. So either JoyOne lied to me or they don't know their own stock. Avoid if possible.

I recently purchased a 14 pro max from them. I was extremely impressed by the service, they helped me transfer 300GB data which took 2 hours and way passed their business hour. However they still stayed and waited till the transfer finished.I would highly recommend you to visit the Store, whenever you want to purchase or upgrade your phone.
