These guys have been great,.. Michael has gone above and beyond in helping us get all the materials required after issues with previous builders. Michael was able to source the correct materials, yes some delays but able to get sorted. Currently having IT issues, and phone issues but they are Definitely not scammers

Looks like a scam Placed order - no response and when trying to phone, the number does not work - goes to recorded message Asked for cancellation and refund via email - the email address it brings up is different to the company details of the website - let's see if it works Very suspect

I placed an order on the 7th July, contacted Surplus Traders on the 14th requesting delivery. No reply, so since then I have sent numerous emails, made numerous phone calls demanding a refund. I made a trip to Brisbane to talk to these people. Address on my invoice was vacant, found 2nd address which ended up being a vacant block. Have got the Office of Fair Trading involved, three days ago ST respond by stating that they would refund my money that night. Well that didn't happen. I am now considering getting QCAT onboard. So my message to whoever, DONOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR MILLIGAN TIMBERS.

Found this Company on Google, dropped in to check out the massive range of materials available, pricing was amazing, ordered over 10K worth of gear to be delivered to the Gold Coast. Michael and Jack were so awesome to deal with, everything was smooth sailing and my order was delivered on time and in great order.
