National Tiles Port Melbourne

Great range of product and excellent service! We went to Richmond first to look at some tiles and very quickly selected what we needed with the help of the assistant. Unfortunately as they didn't have enough product, we were sent to the PORT MELBOURNE store where we were quickly greeted and bought what we needed. The tiles are amazing - exactly what we needed!!

Be aware that this is a 'showroom' with basically no stock. I just wasted an hour of my sunday coming here only to be advised that all the stock is in the Truganina warehouse (which of course is closed on Sundays). Off to Bunnings for tiles I guess.

Purchased many tiles here however the last time I did, it was nothing but a drama and poor customer service received in the show room. Previously had exceptional service so not sure what has changed.

I prefer going to port Melbourne store even if it's a longer drive than my local National tiles. The team are always so helpful, especially Marley, nothing is ever too much effort and she is always smiling 😊. I came up short on tiles and not only did she find the tile I needed but she found some for a better price better than ticketed. 📢 National tiles, make sure you look after staff like Marley, they are hard to come by these days! Undoubtedly the best place for titles in Melbourne. Wide range of options available. Friendly staff, always kind in answering questions and sharing as much knowledge as possible. Click and collect option that they have actually helps. Highly organised and well managed. Appreciate all their and hard work. Keep up the great spirit!

Ok selection, not great. Unfortunately no one spoke to me or asked if I need assistance after 40 minutes so I gave up and left. 4 customers in store at the time including me.
