It's better than ok but not great either. Hard to find somebody on the floor if you need help finding an uncommon item. When I did find somebody, in a different dept., they knew exactly where it was though. That was impressive. It's kinda tough to tell who is an employee and isn't because most wear a different color that's not orange. Bottom line? I prefer Lowe's.

Sammy from Appliances was absolutely amazing. She introduced the idea of an all in one washer and dryer system. She printed out the full spec sheet for us to see if we would be able to incorporate it into a home that were renovating. We also were able to set up an appointment for an install of new windows to have a representative come out and go over the full gambit of the window replacement process for a historic home in Pensacola. Great experience we learned a lot and we were so blessed to be able to encounter such enthusiastic representatives.

Easy and convenient place for all of you home repair and DIY needs. Last item I needed was a replacement toilet seat. They had the right part in the right color. Easy in and easy out. Their Bemis line of products was exactly as described. It was a guaranteed fit, and went on with just one tool, a 5/8 wrench. Got some window and door seal in July 2023. Good selection and easy store to navigate.

My husband and I recently purchased a large order of flooring and home remodeling items and have been impressed with the service we received both on the phone and in person. We especially wanted to recognize Jimmy in customer service!! He is amazing at his job and very efficient. He handled our purchase and made it so easy when returning some items. Jimmy has great communication skills and is friendly to all.

Thought I could save some time by getting my plywood cut at HD. I needed four pieces and provided exact measurements. Every piece was too short. One was short by an inch, two by 1/2 inch, and one by 1/8 inch. I wasn't expecting precision, but I did expect it to be closer than 1/2 inch. If the person cutting doesn't know where to mark the wood to cut the right size, they shouldn't be cutting wood. This was at Home Depot #6853 in Pensacola.

I walked inside Home Depot hoping someone could help me because I didn’t anything about plumbing. As I was looking different PVCs pipes, I observed a gentleman (Honoray Joseph aka Big H) helping other people. Big H then approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was trying to do and he took the time to show me what I needed. I was still having some questions and someone approached him and asked him for help. Big H broke off and told me “I am still with you, just keep looking what you need and I will be back with you.” Big H helped the other customer and he came back as he promised. I was able to get what I needed and walked out of the store with some plumbing knowledge. I ended up doing the job by myself. Huge THANKS to Big H and to Home Depot to have him as an employee.

I asked an employee for a price check of an item then she asked the assistant manager about it , cause the price apparently rang up as . 01 So it escalated to the point that they decided among themselves to not sell the item to me and had to be zeroed out . Contacted the corporate and agreed with me that they had no right to NOT sell me the item regardless what the price was. I told the assistant manager (Brent) they would not have known if I would’ve had to ask for a price check . Then he ran got a cart so he can immediately remove it from the selves . My god the attitude they act like they own Home Depot themselves and it’s their own merchandise!!

All the wood isles were blocked. I have to sweeze around fork lifts and pallets. After finding what I wanted employees watched me carry wood some distance to a cart. No offer to help by any one. No one cared I took pictures. Store is a mess. Too hard to shop at this location. No one got back to me when I went to consumer complain. Hope they clean the store up. It's fun a convenient location.
