Staff at this store are soo friendly and helpful. Arrived at 4:50pm and even though the store closes at 5:00pm, the staff was so so pleasant and helpful. Visited on 29 May. Good collection and reasonable prices.

Great for smart casual wear, friendly and helpful staff, good pricing for affordable quality. I always look in Portmans when I'm after something a bit dressy; my most recent purchase is very smart pair of dress shorts. Fashions are oriented to younger women, but there is plenty choice for us older fashionistas too. Recommended if you like affordable style.

Coming into the shop everything was laid out very well and sectioned perfectly. The two employees looked and acted very professionally, Ella was debriefing for Tahlissa and both got a move on changing the signage and had a very bright and bubbly attitude with eachother. Overall fantastic experience would recommend to any and everyone.

I came in this afternoon to exchange a online purchase and I was served promptly by a tall blonde young lady who had excellent customer service skills. She was polite and friendly; and being someone who feels awkward in clothing stores she made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was like visiting a friend. I'd have no hesitation shopping here and highly recommend doing so.
