Left a security tag on sweat pants that were purchased. Was not driving 70km one way to have them remove it so I had to do it myself which resulted in a hole in my sweatpants from where it was removed

I always want things from roots, but never seem to find anything that fits me well. I do have a very nice leather wallet from roots that I do really like.

I just wanted to pop on here to give a HUGE shoutout to Roots Canada in Guilford Town Centre in Surrey, BC. I had above u0026 beyond customer service w/ the store manager Ken. He was so personable, eager to help me, u0026 accommodating to my purse needs. Thank you so much to you u0026 your staff. You were amazing🙂

Bad customer service! Not even helpful. They do not have any interest to sell any of their products!!! I will not be going to come back here any longer!!!! They are really rude to their customers! I don’t think this store here will be successful because ao their bad reputation!!!

They have always been fun and enthusiastic about their products, bringing new or different things for me to look at. Store and the people are great, I only wish they had bigger sizes for women.
