Very knowledgeable staff. Took genuine interest in my needs, and explained all the different product options very well. Being a smaller store they didn't have my size in all products, but told me which store I could find them (if I didn''t want to order online).

Would've been 5 stars but the salesgirl literally did not stop talking for the duration of our time in-store; I wanted to run by the time I was done! PS. My condolences to her colleagues it must be frustrating.

Very friendly and helpful staff with good range for the store size. Returns well handled. I bought a Macpac tent 25 years ago when they had a showroom in the cellar under the old Rundle St store! I'll continue to shop there.
