Love the shop..always like to check out the bargains at sale time. Very popular with teenagers and really any age.

New store after renovations is pretty amazing. Friendly staff. Good collection. Always ask if you don't find your size. I personally like buying stuff from here when it's on sale. You can strike a good bargain.

I recently made a trip into the Hobart store and was really impressed with how professional the staff were, particularly Brad. All areas of the shop had improved. It was a pleasure to shop there.

I highly recommend going to cotton on as the staff are friendly and welcoming, Complimenting what you buy and helping you with finding particular items. Highly recommend especially if you are in your teens.

Great atmosphere, amazing staff but the shop it's self is a little cramed. Would be great if they had the kids section in a different location to help with the space.

Unhelpful staff. I cried in the fitting room 😅

Rude and sarcastic manager.....just asked where the fitting room is ....got a sarcastic answer and other staff member giggled. I hope it’s your business you’re ruining and not someone else’s buddy (older greying guy)

Poor customer service. Staff member was painfully unaware of ongoing promotion and quite rude in the way she dealt with the whole transaction once her error was pointed out to her.
