I recently purchased eight suits for myself and my seven groomsmen. From the first day visiting Tramps, I explained to them the large wedding party and the logistics required due to getting married within the Wollongong area, however residing out of the area. I was assured that this would not be a problem. During the process my groomsmen had to make their own appointments for fitting and alterations etc. Each time a groomsman attended for an appointment, they were met with confusion due to tramps chaotic processes of keeping track of the order, which often led to them ringing myself and needing continuous explanation of what was happening to either themselves or a staff member. Towards the end of my business with Tramps, the groomsmen became pressured to take the suits with them due to running out of storage space, despite my wishes of collecting them altogether when they had been finalised, as initially discussed and agreed upon. Fast forward to the end, due to residing out of the area I was assured that as long as I attended outside of a week before the wedding that my alterations would be completed without a hiccup, so an appointment was arranged approximately one week before the wedding to save an extra trip down. Upon attending this appointment I was met with abruptness and frustration from a staff member who was clearly agitated due to Tramps' own convoluted processes and attempting to understand where my order was up to. This was then projected on to myself, which left me with an appointment where hardly any advice was given nor communication provided during the fitting, as if I didn't already have enough stress being a week out from the wedding. All in all, I communicated my wishes to Tramps from the get go and acknowledged that this was a big job. I would have been more than happy to take my business elsewhere had this of been too much to handle, however I was assured that it would be fine. Tramps have a wonderful range of suits and very knowledgeable staff; however, their processes for wedding parties, namely larger parties, need to be considerably upgraded to atleast an electronic version, as the confusion along the way was terrible. They are good at what they do in terms of knowledge around suits etc, although they either accept more business than they can handle or need to considerably re-evaluate how they conduct their organising of business. As such, I find it difficult to recommend Tramps after this experience and am somewhat left feeling disappointed with the whole process.

He turned a potentially stressful task into a memorable and delightful experience, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. My first time ever to Walk into Tramps a couple months back and was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming staff. The girls were so helpful, very professional and took their time in helping me find the right outfit. Also to my surprise i found out they specialise in business workwear, which i recently purchased through them aswell. The whole process start to finish was an absolute pleasurable experience, their honesty and advice helped me with my selection and yet again taking their time to make sure I was completely happy with everything. I took my son to Tramps Menswear to buy his first suit for his upcoming formal. We were looked after by Fausto who was amazing. From the time we went into Tramps Renee and Helen have been very helpful. Nothing was a problem .They came to our home and fitted all our workers and once the uniforms were ready they went out of there way to deliver everything to us.
