09-23-2023 06:23Motel in good location but lack of service and desperately needs renovation. Old and very basic facility in the room however room size is great with one single and one queen beds. Tv size is ok. Shower head was leaking at the base. They didn’t clean the room after we have been out all day and we had to call them to ask for the room to be cleaned. The window in our room is facing another room windows in the next building. No privacy when you need to open the curtains. Lift was not working so we had to use stairs to top floor.

05-26-2023 03:17While the service from the receptionist working 6.3.23 was friendly, the overall experience at this hotel was bad. From the get, the request for a room with lift access wasn't fulfilled despite the booking confirming access via lift. The room I was assigned was okay, with a comfortable bed and cool a/c. Parking was okay, provided you weren't nearly rear-ended by blind older drivers or incompetent tourists. Location is good, too, with easy access tonshops, restaurants, the airport or highway. When I had to leave early due to a private need, I told the receptionist that I wasn't looking for a refund u0026 just wanted to check out early. HOWEVER - the receptionist told me that all I needed to do was send a request via the booking agent and they (the hotel) would agree to a refund of days I didn't use because she didn't want me losing out on money because I still had five days that I wouldn't be using. So, I took her advice u0026 made the request. The booking agent was happy to assist me, but I was then informed that the hotel is REFUSING to issue a refund. My problem isn't getting the money back - my problem is WHY tell someone you'll give them their money back if they go through the hassle of making a claim only to refuse to do so??

03-19-2023 05:34The hotel manager greeted us at 7pm (6 adults and 5 children) with the information that we could no longer park for our cruise trip as she didn’t realise that the mini bus was too tall for the space she had allocated. We had informed the hotel in email and on phone of this detail months before. This caused much anxiety! After 30 minutes she found a solution but only after first asking us to leave the keys (of the rental) so she could move it when they were busy to a back street, which we declined for obvious reasons. The rooms were very basic and not particularly clean, they were smelly and bathroom mouldy. To get into the toilet you had to essentially put your backside into the bath/shower to get around the door. I wish we had stayed elsewhere and would recommend avoiding this hotel.
