10-02-2023 21:25My wife and her friend went to the the store on the evening of January 9. The manager Teresa decided to close the store early. They weren’t able to purchase the items. The registers were closed so no cash was being accepted whatsoever. Mind you this happen at 5:55 pm. The store closes at 9:00pm. Teresa the manager- was also rude to both my wife and her friend. Really nasty attitude problem. I don’t know what staples is going to do going forward, but I wouldn’t want this person managing any store of mine given the manner she treats customers. Please contact me staples in this matter.

04-27-2023 18:42The employees go through some rudeness training at this location. They ignore hello’s and thank you’s. They work with headphones in so they aren’t listening to you anyway. You can be standing on line and workers will just stare at you until the person scheduled for the register re-emerges from the back. The store itself is clean and well-equipped. The people could use an upgrade.
