iSmash - Leeds

The guys there are nice, the price point was OK, but the time to replace the battery was just ridiculous. Website says around 2 hours, when I dropped it off (prebooked) the gentleman said he had a few in so would be 3 hours. I thought that was fine as had some things to do in town but when I returned he said there had been a system error and it would be another hour. 4 hours is just ridiculous, I would have gone home and come back if I had known. And later he said it was because there was some lint in the charging port so the connection wasn't great! This shouldn't cause an hour delay in a phone repair shop. I think if they had been honest I would have left a much better review but I feel like this has wasted my entire day off. Dropping off the phone overnight would have been preferable. I will post again once I know the effects of the battery replacement (S20)

Very happy with the service. I woke up this morning to my phone starting to bulge out. I've heard horror stories about batteries catching fire so I thought I'd better get it fixed straight away. Three hours later, my phone was in the capable hands of Muhammad Ghufran, he said come back in two hours. I did to find my phone sitting on the counter looking great, with a new battery and seal fitted, charging quite happily. Total cost sixty quid.

Excellent same day service again - I dropped my phone (Again) and my phone screen went completely black, albeit not smashed/cracked. A quick call to iSmash and they told me they could fix it the same day and likely for free as it was in warranty (Having fitted me a screen earlier in the year). I went and ninety mins later I had a shiny new screen free of charge. Top blokes and really really good service.

Quick service, told me 3 hours but was done in 1hr 15min. Muhammad Ghufran was very polite and the new battery is back to the original capacity. The back of the phone appears to be reattached perfectly too. Can't complain, it was cheaper than anywhere else I saw and it's the original OEM Samsung parts too so it should be as good as it was 2 1/2 years ago.

My wife and I went for new batteries for our phone, plus I got a new USB C port.The staff are very helpful and let you know exactly what they are doing and when, and send you an email when you can collect ?(in our case about 3 hours 30 minutes.) Compared to buying a new phone they are very reasonably priced.

Absolutely excellent service, I went to the Ismash in the Trinity centre in Leeds after being told by other companies they would have to completely reset and wipe the data from my phone to repair the screen. I had found online that Ismash did not. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive when I was very anxious about losing my photos etc. Replaced the screen within 4 hours, put a new battery in free of charge and gave lots of helpful advice in regards to maintenance. My phone is good as new!! They also did a blue light card discount. I honestly can't recommend them enough and well worth the money for the service and peace of mind.

What a great team at this shop I took my phone as it seemed to have developed at fault and would not charge or turn on. I did all the usual things to fix this poked around in the charge port try all the changers I could lay my hands on etc but was no use. Took it to ismash in Leeds as my Google pixel was still under warranty and this is my local Google approved service centre. I was going to leave it with them and get it fixed under warranty which would have ment not having my phone for a further week and my phone been reset and we all know how much of a pain in the butt that is
