Office Depot

Location was quiet, clean, and well organized. All the workers were very friendly. Diane rung us up and was pleasant and helpful. Only came here to quickly print something out and buy some pens, but was pleasantly surprised by how nice the store and employees are. That said, damn Office Depot is overpriced.

I have been a loyal customer for years and I was very pleasantly surprised when the employee helping us assisted us with finding money-saving coupons to help with our purchase. Thanks very much! I really appreciate the high level of quality customer service.

I walked into Office Depot looking for a home computer with dual monitors. I was assisted by the manager, Dennis. He was very knowledgeable and friendly through everything! Thanks Dennis. I will be back soon for an office chair!

Incompetent manager, she also seems like she’s confused said no student discount when Dennis the tech manager said there was before and I always get it. This place is next to the university and student living, trying to take advantage of students is wrong!

Megan was phenomenal. She had my stamps made in less than ten minutes and I was on my way!

Decent supply of materials I needed and cheap printing. I had questions on a product and the staff member helped me answer what I needed to know. I was looking for zip ties also which they did not have. They had hand sanitizer available and face protector shields at check out. Seems to be plenty of parking and curbside pickup.

AMAZING SERVICE. Alexandra went completely above and beyond, and she's the MAIN reason I'd absolutely recommend this Office Depot, especially for printing jobs! I put in a pretty last-minute order for 100 flyers and a poster backed with foamcore. I needed it by the next morning, but it wasn't guaranteed until much later. Concerned about whether it would be done on time or not, I called and Alexandra answered. And when I say she answered, I mean she answered my PRAYERS. She said it would be a bit iffy for me to get it on time because of the 24-hour turnaround, but she would spend the last hour of her shift working on it. Lo and behold, I got a notification saying that the work had been done within an hour or so! Can't express just how grateful I am. Thanks again, Alexandra!
