Waiting on curbside pick up for about 30 minutes. Also came in and all spots were taken by people shopping. None of them were in their vehicle. Went inside waiting another 10 minutes in customer service. The person was very nice. Ask for a manager and manager never showed up was called twice in the intercom and nobody showed up, this happened August 19 at 2:40 PM

Found some excellent prices on front loading washers. Now I have to make my decision, always the hard part. I didn't like how narrow the aisles are compared to other Home Depot's and finding help was even worse.

I recently visited the Home Depot store with high hopes of finding the supplies I needed for a long-awaited home improvement project. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location was nothing short of frustrating due to severe understaffing issues. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the store was severely understaffed. The lack of available staff members was evident as I roamed the aisles searching for assistance, only to find myself waiting for extended periods without any sign of help. Where there should have been eager and helpful employees, there were empty customer service desks and abandoned sections. As a result of this staffing shortage, the limited number of employees on the floor seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide adequate assistance to customers like myself. Whenever I finally managed to find a staff member, they were often multitasking, attempting to assist multiple customers at once, which only exacerbated the issue. Additionally, the employees appeared to lack product knowledge, making it even more challenging to get the necessary guidance and advice during my shopping trip. The absence of readily available staff created a chaotic shopping atmosphere, especially in the more popular sections of the store. Long queues at the checkout counters were further evidence of the understaffing problem. It was disheartening to witness customers becoming increasingly impatient and frustrated, as the few cashiers struggled to keep up with the growing demand. My overall shopping experience was deeply impacted by this understaffing issue. I ended up spending more time than expected searching for products on my own, which not only wasted my time but also left me feeling helpless and dissatisfied. It is disheartening to see a store of Home Depot's reputation and size failing to allocate adequate resources to provide a positive customer experience. I understand that staffing challenges can occur, but for a retailer like Home Depot, I expected better planning and management. It is clear that they need to address this issue urgently by hiring more staff and ensuring they are adequately trained to provide seamless customer service. In conclusion, my recent visit to Home Depot was marred by significant understaffing, resulting in a frustrating and disappointing encounter. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these concerns and takes appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

Honestly curbside service is great, fast and efficient. Parking space is big. Shopping inside the store is a 50/50 experience you never know how messy it will be inside.

My only complaint would be the lack of open registers and ability to checkout quickly. I have experienced multiple occasions of waiting upwards of half an hour just to checkout. The majority of my shopping experiences are spent waiting to leave the store. Overall the entire store is well stocked, clean, and decently organized. Besides the lack of English speaking staff , everyone is most helpful and willing to assist. Unfortunately, I speak no Spanish and this has proven to be a problem all over the city. This location is definitely worth visiting for anything home repair related. The parking lot is sizable and finding available parking spots it typically easy enough. The store is well set with plenty of cameras and lights inside and outside.

Love this Home Depot! Love the employees and their willingness to help. I always come back here. Thank you to Cristina for the amazing customer service.
