Burlington

It's a little messy but they have great bargains. I hate how they put the black band in front of the door as if everyone is a thief plus it makes no logical sense because thieves are not afraid of the black band and can go over or under easily

I give it 2 stars because it’s a big store- but the mess in this place is OUTRAGEOUS! There is product all over the floor and people are stepping on it, running over it with their carts. The line to check out was wrapped around and down past the men’s fitting room, there was only 2 cashiers and not one employee came to help. Everything is a complete mess and not one employee was cleaning, picking items up or even helping. They have carts of Go-back products everywhere on the floor and some even blocking the aisles. I like coming to these types of stores but i unfortunately wont be coming back to this location any time in the future.

My friends and I stopped by this Burlington on our way back home because we had to use the bathroom. Little did we know that the bathroom would be on the 2nd floor until I asked someone. After we found the bathroom, we were going to take the escalator down but it was broken so using the elevator would be the next option. There was a long line for just the 1 elevator they had so we walked out the door to go to the parking garage to use the steps there to go to the 1st level. I was able to walk around the store while looking for the bathroom. The place is organized and had tons of stuff but if you go to the 2nd floor then you'll get stuck.

Burlington on Dennery Rd has a great variety of things. It is a large store, but the cashier situation is horrible. It took me an hour to pay for my items. The line kept getting longer, and they would not open more registers. They had but one cashier while there were more than 25 people trying to pay. It's been 3 visits, and all of them have been the same. So I know to stay away now. I go to different ones and I don't experience this.

I gave this place 3 stars because they do have nice things at a great price. Most of the time it is organized and customer service has been good so far. However when it comes to the elevator it is ugly, noisy, old old, slow smells dusty, dirty and it looks unsafe.
