Ross Dress for Less

Just, love this store. Has many items that other stores don't have.

This Ross had everything I set out to purchase and then some. Felt safe even there late at night. Will def return. Great kids sneakers. Awesome selection of baseball, football, and soccer cleats. Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Under armour. Purchased the Adidas sneakers on clearance less than $30 bucks.

Great store! Lots of selection. Great prices, as well. Friendly employees. Even though the line looks long, it actually moves pretty quickly, which is nice. Thank you very much.

The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to find what I needed.

Awful customer service. I came in to make a simple return of an item and was told to go to the store I bought the item from. Ridiculous policy if you ask me. No other options were given to me but return it where I got it from which is in another state. It is not my fault that the cashier who rang me up rang it up wrong. Terrible would not come back ever. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The loss prevention guy at the front door was very polite , greeting with a smile . The manager wanted to see my and was not going to put up with my outgoing polite personality for trying to help the community with images of her store. I cannot blame her, I must of arrived at a bad time. The place of business looked as if a tornado ripped its way through the store. The shoe department , shoes everywhere in the boxes, on the floor ,on the shelf, even in the next department. Women's clothing, everywhere including, the floor and hanging over the clothes rack. Men's clothing was much better ,not messy , although the sizes were all mixed up and not numerically correct. I did use the restroom and I got out of there as soon as possible not all Ross department stores look like this andI have been to better.

Store seems very disorganized yet I'm sure it just looks that way. Prices are ok only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because from the moment I walked in there I was followed by overly helpful employees who were obviously thinking I was a shop lifter. Made me feel disrespected
