The Home Depot

I don't like how they use to just sell the plants in regular containers. Now you have to buy the in pots they choose and the price goes up. I have my own pots at home.

Came to this location. Michelle was at the cashier she was amazing, so friendly and sweet with my 2 boys. I loved her customer service, and I will drive to this location to be helped by her every time I need anything from Home Depot

My daughter is obsessed with Halloween so naturally we went by Home Depot to check out the spooky animatronics. The setup was awesome and someone who worked there named Sean gifted my daughter a cool Jack Skellington toy and really made the trip memorable! Thanks again Sean.

They delivered a chest freezer which was damaged. Went to store and was told they would contact me as supervisor wouldn't be in until 10:00am. It's now 2:00 pm and no word when they will bring a replacement.

I went into the Ming Ave. Home Depot expecting to pay $500-1000 on tools. I found a person and she called for someone in the tool department. I waited 25 minutes and no one came to help me. I walked past an aisle and saw 3 other employees talking and laughing. It was extremely irritating to expect great customer service and get no help at all. I will not ever spend money at this Home Depot again.

The customer service I received from the young gal Laila was more than I expected. Especially after waiting in plumbing for almost 30 minutes. I finally just went to go do my return and just leave WITHOUT getting the item I needed. The young gal called for help and when it never came she went as far as going to get the item for me herself. I was so happy because I have a hurt leg and I was starting to feel pain she let me sit down while she went and fetched the item for me. She is filled with so much joy cracking jokes and making conversation with me. I saw a few other people stop her for help while she was still helping me but there was no signs of distress or anger. Willing and determined to help everyone and still managed to keep a smile on her face as well as the rest of us. I will forever come back to Ming and go to customer service and make my purchases there with her!

Workers are no where to be found kind of just all piled up at self checkout. The guy who did help me was very nice and made it really easy to get what I needed. Most of the items are in stock so that’s a plus as well. Overall a good visit.

needed some stuff and got it. Located the windows, doors, and stuff I needed with the app and loaded it into the cart with help from my son, and off we went to the joys of the checkout line.
