I haven't been able to find the Grapefruit perfume or candles in other retail stores, so seeing the Jo Malone London stand-alone store was right on time. As someone who likes specific scents u0026 hesitant to try new ones, my nose was sold on the newest candle - Myrrh u0026 Tonka that is slightly similar to Mahogany Teakwood. The scent lingered without being being lit, so I picked up a few gift items u0026 after the fact was told the vanilla scent was on point. Interesting, as I don't like anything vanilla...except for my new candle now. To note burn time is approximately 45 hours. In addition to picking up a new candle u0026 I got the lid of my perfume engraved with my initials so now my scent is really personalized. In addition to the complimentary gift wrapping that is sprayed with an inviting aromatic spritz, the customer service is just as pleasant.

Got there to pick up an online order, systems we’re down, I was on a time crunch, SHERRY made it happen and got me out of there. She was very professional!

Monica u0026 Sierra were an absolute delight to work with this afternoon. Both were personable, helpful, and by the end of our shopping experience they felt like old friends. They went above and beyond to make myself, sister, and our mom feel special. I can’t stress enough how wonderful they were. Best Jo Malone experience I’ve had so far!

Every time I have been in this store I have been AMAZED at the level of customer service, attention to detail, education of the product/industry u0026 overall incredible experience. Tara u0026 Sierra are both incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgable u0026 on multiple occasions have gone above and beyond to help me with gifts for friends and family and products for myself! It is such a refreshing experience to receive the level of service they both provide and I truly hope they are acknowledged by management for their professionalism u0026 consistency!

Got a whiskey base mens scent there called Huntsman. The girl there was exceptional (I cannot remember her name) she explained the notes of each scent and offered a couple samples of scents they I couldn’t make up my mind on. Stop here if you get the chance the service here is next level.

HAD THE MOST FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE AT JO MALONE SCOTTSDALE! My fiancé and I came to the mall to get perfume and cologne for our wedding, and our experience was absolutely incredible. Renee helped us and did an outstanding job, and her customer service was UNMATCHED. We got the perfect scents for our big day and got the complimentary engravings on the bottle and we even got to hand pick and make our own flower bouquet to take home. Renee made life time customers just based off this experience. Jo Malone is lucky to have her and we will definitely be coming back and recommending Jo Malone to everyone we know. My mom and I had a delightful experience with Tara yesterday afternoon. Tara definitely knows the merchandise and helped us pick out three great gifts.
