Country Road - Pacific Fair

i wish i could rate this place a -5 stars my family and i went into country road pacific fair this afternoon and the ladies in there were all so rude we walked around the whole store with three staff walking past us one multiple occasions and didn’t even receive a hello. is the country road policy to ignore your customers?

Two lady staff members( Im sorry I forgot your names ) went above and beyond the call of duty helping me with my e-gift card ( missing pin number ) from my daughter for fathers day ,they were so helpful to my concerns and I eventually made the purchase , thank you so much :)

I was served by two members of this store yesterday afternoon u0026 they were both delightful. One helped with finding some items I was after and both were really helpful giving me directions around the centre. Great customer service.

Our parents went in the store to get gift for the it grand child. We found they paid full prices when the entire store has 20% off. They are old and they don't speak English but that doesn't mean they are not entitled to the discounts. This is not the right way conducting any business. It is hard for any sales to forget when entire store gets the same discount so it is descrimination. The discounted credits was refund when we went back and asked about it. However the experience was not exactly great.

Word of caution when shopping here, my partner tried to return two items not previously worn and was accused of washing the clothing (ultimately lying), treated like a child by the manager who needs a dose of good manners and humility, so buyer beware!!! I shopped in your david Jones store. Was served by the most helpful woman today, black hair, tattoo on her hand, she went above and Beyond to help me find things that I liked, she went to the back to find me options and made my experience so relaxing and comfortable, Thankyou it is so great to know us older ladies can still receive that great customer service because it’s becoming very rare in this day and age.
