The price is always affordable for what I need and they always ask politely if a certain day is ok with you. I guess I could ask for quicker but I just never need to. Recommended!

I dropped off a jacket and two sweaters at Splendid Cleaners, when I brought them home, I noticed not one had been cleaned. They had the original stains still on them. When I took them back, the owner said this had never happened before. He asked me if it was my first time there, which it wasn't and failed to take responsibility for the situation. He made such a big fuss about how this could have happened, and was I sure it happened here, instead of taking accountability, apologizing and saying we'll re-do it. He told me it wasn't a big deal. When I asked for my money back, he said NO. He was so unpleasant, i didn't want to leave my clothes there. It was extremely disappointing and I will not go back. I don't trust them.

They do clean your clothes but the alterations are not good... they make sure to always charge you and never offer discounts and then resent if you ask for one??? I tried to give them my business but I rather give my money to people who care. Maybe they will turn it around. Henry is very nice.
