09-17-2023 11:45I gave this place a try and it is right down the street from my home and had great reviews. Unfortunately my experience with them has not been great. I have used them 5 different times for a variety of garments. Only twice were things normal. The other 3 times I have had my clothes severely shrunken twice. I wear XL and the fit is practically a medium now and unwearable. Lastly I had nice denim brought in to be pressed and now one side had the stitching taken out and made into a fluffy shape (extremley) strange And the right side as normal.. Just too many inconsistencies with this place and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Recently, I had a bad stain on my white button up and thankfully they were able to get it out. Tony is very detailed and I appreciate the way he explains the process of how it’s done, I trust the work by him and his team

08-07-2023 18:49Worthless. Brought in a suit jacket that I meticulously marked all the spots. It came back almost as if it hadn't even been done. Clerk offered to redo at no charge. Second time same results- nothing removed but with an attachment that said further removal could damage the fabric. Frustrated at home, I literally just sprayed SHOUT OUT on it and it lifted the stain within minutes!!! The jacket now looks brand new. They are not cleaners. They just press things.

03-10-2023 15:56BEWARE! This is under the same owners at Toluca Lake Dry Cleaners which has a ton of horrible reviews like the one I about to post. It is no wonder they changed the name of this location to not be associated with the horrible customer service of their other location. They have zero customer service and zero respect for clients. Ive taken in quite a few items to be dry cleaned which I did not have any issues with. However, i had the sleeves hemmed on a duster dress and it was $16 upon pick-up. Felt about the right price, although I know there are cheaper alteration places out there. I proceeded to drop off a new suit blazer the same day expecting it to be about the same price. They do not print prices on the pick-up receipts, so I was shocked when I went to pick up my blazer that they were trying to charge me $30. The normal young guy I typically deal with was not there, but rather an older man with glasses who was extremely rude to me when I asked why this was so much more than the duster I had just had hemmed. he argued with me for several minutes in a very rude manner, acting like he was smarter than me and like I was trying to get one over on them, when I was simply asking about the price difference. He finally told me I could come back and talk to the owner. I asked when he would be there and he said he is in and out; so I guess I just had to get lucky and keep trying back? No one has time to keep stopping back in at the freaking dry cleaners. Two days later I stop back in and he rolls his eyes upon seeing me and annoyingly says he remembers me and calls the 'owner' for me. That guy (Tony) just argued with me for several minutes on the phone, unwaivering that he could not discount it or he would lose money, and basically said I was a liar that Ive had this done at Milt u0026 Edie's before for cheaper (why would I lie?). I told him I bring multiple things in here almost every week for the last two months for my sister and I, and dont appreciate this treatment after being a valued, repeat customer. I said we could just take out them hems and I wont pay for it at all to which he replied if we do that then he would charge me double. He told me to just take it for free, and dont come back. I told them I had no problem paying $20 for this and am not asking for anything for free. After I hung up, the stupid old guy just wanted to keep yelling at me, telling me i dont go and bargain at 7-11, so why would I do that here? He is extremely aggressive and rude. I repeatedly told them that I never knew the price beforehand and they should print prices on tickets or on the walls, but they just kept placing the blame on me and taking no responsibility for this confusion. they could have easily just said 'sorry for the confusion, these are the prices, lets make sure you know next time and we will honor a discount this time only', but they instead choose to get aggressive, raise their voices, give me attitude, not just drop it and move on, so they have forever lost two customers in us. This guy was literally yelling stuff at me as I walked out and to my car. We don't do business with chauvinistic foreign jerks who talk down to their customers. Toluca Lake is a small community and word gets around, so I would take caution in being so rude as a business owner. Side note- I have always been nothing but pleasant, friendly, and easy to deal with until you start talking down to me.
