Talk about very very disappointing. I have been using dry cleaning service for over 20 years. I have used them a few times. MISTAKE! Prices are way too high. Today topped the cake. I went in their as there regular customer. All I needed was to get a shirt and a pair of pants creaed. It literally would of taken 3 minutes. They wanted to charge me $6.00 each. Are you kidding me. Whatever happened to gaining a customers business, customer satisfaction? Customer referrals. I believe when it comes to PRIDE CLEANERS. Every little nickel counts to them instead of making the customer Happy. Do not spend your money at this money Hungry business. I know I will not. CUSTOMER BEWARE! 🤔🤑😡🤯

Always patient. know us by name, we can just drop our stuff they will take care of it. if we dont have cash on hand they will bill us next time, they will tell me if something is not worth dry cleaning as it costs too much. etc. very happy with them

They must have given discounts for their reviews, because they lost my stuff twice! They hang up on you when you confront them. The old woman is extremely confrontational and yells and hangs up the phone when you tell her that pieces of your clothes are missing. She has no basic human skills to be working at a dry cleaners where people who care about their clothes come. It’s like she just arrived from a different planet and has no idea how to treat people with basic respect. I was more offended by her attitude than the fact that my clothes were gone!

They cleaned a hoodie of mine that I thought was a gonner, as well as fixing the worn-through pockets of some Lululemon shorts. Highly Recommended
