Bree was very friendly and helpful. Our son loves his new mattress. His dad and I appreciate the quality and price of the mattress.

Have the option to just purchase the sofa for pickup online. Get to the store and one of the employees said he won’t sell it separately because he wouldn’t be able to sell the other. Prices are double what the prices are at the Hixson location. I recommend people stay away from this location!

I don't know who is in control of this location, but we were in the store just now and I have never felt more sorry for anyone than the sales staff. We didn't have time to shop and purchase furniture because it was well over 100 Degrees in the building. The staff worked with us the best they could given unbelievable conditions. No one should have to work in those conditions. I will never buy furniture from a company that doesn't take care of there employees. Do better!!
