T-Mobile

T-Mobile is the BEST of the three major USA cellular providers. Best prices, packages, and lots of useful Tuesday rewards. This particular store is average. Customer service is average. Better customer service provided at smaller area stores, particularly Ooltewah is excellent.

As a service provider, I’ve never had an issue with T-Mobile. The plans and services are what I need and at a fair price; however, this particular store (a company store, at that) struggles with being understaffed and outdated. Many of the demo devices are not working, and the layout retains the same look and feel of a mid-2000s Sprint store. That wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the wait time between being greeted (if you are greeted) and getting help. There’s nothing wrong with the staff either; everyone I’ve worked with has been nothing short of professional, but it’s clear this store is lacking in the support they need to succeed, and as a customer I do hope to see that improve soon.

I was very mislead on what my payments would be......instead of $42.00 a month per line..it is actually $150.00 per month. So make sure that you are not mislead. I'm furious...

Best store to go to in my personal opinion. Staff is efficient and knows the product well. Never have a problem here. Sim change has been an ongoing issue with the merger, but that isn't their fault.
