10-04-2023 08:39It seems like every time I go in here, there are more and more empty shelves. It is like they didn't even bother to order anything and restock. Out of the last 5 times I have gone in looking for something, they only had it in stock once. All other times just an empty space where the item should be. Definitely gone downhill and makes me wonder if they will last.

03-08-2023 05:19We placed an order online for some costumes on October 31 at 1pm. We were called about 30 minutes later to say the order was cancelled due to costumes being out of stock. I drove over to the store and there were 5 of costumes we ordered on the rack. I realize they were very busy, but at least be honest about why you couldn't process the order when you call.
