Instead of answering the phone and saying their busy and putting you on hold they just decline your calls. Will never use their services

If I could rate this place a zero I would!! My appointment was at 10 it is now 11:53 and I still have not been see. I was given no direction when I came in besides write my name and phone number down. The front desk ladies were not attentive or informative and very rude. Around 11:20 or so I went back inside, after calling and not getting through, to get some information on the wait and when I went in I wasn’t greeted and received ATTITUDE when I asked for information. If you make an appointment at 10 I shouldn’t be called at basically 12 to come in. People have to take off from work to go to appointments and this was a HUGE waste of my time. Very rude and unprofessional!! Ladies don’t go here, you will not be treated properly. This is a big decision and hard/stressful time to go through and you deserve to be treated with respect and care. Please choose wisely!

Service was very rude and incompetent. I’m assuming it’s the head nurse whom I was speaking to she was very rude not understanding and clearly you can tell she doesn’t like her job. PSA you have to have good customer service skills in order to work with the public and always uphold good composure but they were not polite at all I would not recommend this clinic. It’s already enough the situation then you have to go to a clinic and not get treated with proper care.

I’m not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and caring. They are very informative of costs, office procedures, follow up dates and excellent with explaining what to expect medically. My first appointment I was expecting to wait hours, they got me in and out within an hour of checking in. They are very empathetic to your circumstances and understanding of your situation. I couldn’t say enough good things about the women’s center.

PLEASE READ if you’re considering this facility for your urgent needs.. If you are looking for kind and caring medical assistance in this hard time in your life, please do not attempt to use Women’s Center Houston. I called to get in for a consultation and once they had examined me, they gave me a another day to come in to complete the process.. the day before I was to return, they called me, left no voicemail, no indication as to what they were calling about, so I returned their call and they never answered again. I went in for my appointment regardless and was told I needed to reschedule and to call back the following day. To this day, it’s been a full week, they have not answered the phone to me. I believe they have Caller I.D., so they intentionally ignore all my calls and the voicemails I leave. The staff is so incredibly rude. I saw the reviews saying they were rude, and they are, but I still tried to be very kind, patient, and grateful to them.. But they will treat everyone with the same amount of disrespect and disdain. They truly do not like anybody who walks through their doors, regardless of what you look like or if you are kind. It truly has baffled me how they treat women who are in a desperate time of need and compassion. This is already a very hard time for most women and the staff here will make your experience 100x more stressful and hurtful. Please seek other resources, do not compromise yourself for this facility. I did not want to go with Women’s Clinic of Houston but they are actually a great facility with kind people who HELP. Please do NOT use this facility. The reviews go back years saying this is a prevalent problem for this facility, meaning the people in charge also do not care how the staff is so horrible to everyone. I beg people considering this place to please, please do not come here. There’s better options. These people are horrible.

They need a zero stars option. The front desk staff goes out of the way to be extremely rude. They keep the lights off so no one knows just by walking by if it’s open. That is extremely unprofessional and they don’t care about how they treat anyone. There is no reason why anyone in that office should feel entitled. If you are trying to help people and we are paying for the office to even stay in business then they should train to be a little more professional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

My first appointment wait time was very long, it was set for 10am I didn’t get seen til about 12, after that the process flew by! They weren’t rude like others say, I guess they just have their days! The process wasn’t as bad as expected u0026 they’re straight forward with everything. I’d highly recommend other than the wait time for your first appointment.

Very informative, and caring. They helped with finding financial assistance and help with rides. Its not to exspensive either. Very clean inside, i like the way the way the offices are set up. You wouldnt even know from outside the clinic was in there. Which is so much better then planned parenthood with those evil protesters outaide. If i never need to use the services again I will . and I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs the help. I want to thank one nurse especially, i didnt catch her name but without her dedication and caring i wouldnt had been able to get the procedure done. Thank you so much, you really are amazing.
