Clear Medical Imaging

I have been attempting to book an appointment. I can't get through by phone. I managed to leave a voice mail once. I have gone online and used their Ocean OBSP self referral (2x). I have never received a call back to book the appointment. I was on hold for 20 minutes after 10 minutes sent back to main voice mail menu to select choices again. Finally selected 1 to discuss requisition hoping to talk to live person. I have now been transferred to appropriate department and have been on hold for additional 10 minutes and.... back to main menu again. Since I work full-time I must call during my breaks. Breaks over again not getting through this time either. Very frustrating.

Nice people good service and really quick I don't know why people keep complaining clean and decent building

This morning my wife had an ultrasound and I drove her to the Clear Medical Imaging on Oullette Ave., Windsor, Ontario. Although we started early enough from home, the unexpected traffic restrictions due to construction delayed us by five minutes. The lady at reception told my wife she was late and will have to reschedule. She eventually did take her health card to get the ultrasound and she went inside. She re-emerged at the counter afterwards and said I was late by ten minutes (after she had gone inside the building for five minutes). When my wife said that she was only five minutes late coming in, the receptionist said that my wife was lying. I am really frustrated how these people join in places that render public services. She had no right to accuse my wife of lying. I would be happy to take the business somewhere else. Shame on receptionist who has no respect for basic human dignity or for an elder person.

During my recent visit to Clear Imaging Windsor for an abdominal ultrasound, I initially drank 5 cups of water, although the instructions called for only 4 cups an hour before my appointment. The technician promptly took me in for the procedure but informed me that my bladder wasn't adequately full. She kindly explained that rescheduling might be necessary due to a lack of available slots. However, she went out of her way to assist me by offering extra water and also checked for spots due to cancellations. Within 15 minutes, I was called in again, and this time they successfully obtained the required readings. The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians, demonstrated professionalism and a willingness to accommodate my needs. I appreciate their dedication to patient care and prompt resolution of the situation. Thank you to the Clear Imaging Windsor team for their outstanding service.
