Brett S. Is AMAZING and a lifesaver!!! Brett has saved us not once but twice with our handicapped doors. He is very patient and even takes the time to teach you how the doors work and the special features they have.

Brett S did a great job taking care of us today. We had a door tensioner go out and Vortex was able to fit us into their schedule same day! Super happy with the work done for us. Great crew.
