However, more importantly, Bree Franzen is my new favorite sales rep outside of my industry. She was on-the-spot in tracking my lead; she came in and qualified me and my needs; she got all of the appropriate information and paperwork together in 24-hours, and she had a lift. Voila. While in a tight market for equipment almost anyone could have sold that lift, but Bree made the experience painless and productive and was thoroughly professional all the way. I would buy from her again.
