Went into store to purchase something specific, and the sales person was so very helpful. Surprised by this because most stores around Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach don't even attempt to help you, as you are on your own to find whatever you are looking for. Kudos to Michael for hiring knowledgeable staff.

Had some photos from a world trip last year and a poster that had been sitting rolled up in a closet from a concert years ago. The young lady at Michael's did an amazing job getting them mounted and framed. They're not inexpensive. However if what you're getting framed has some sentimental value, it's well worth it.

Horrible customer service! The young girls at register are very pleasant there was a lady today 4/4/23 around 2:30 rudest women I ever had to deal with she was making it difficult to do a return. I was returning yarn that was shipped to my neighbor. It was still in the box that it was shipped in. Every single thing that this nasty women did was w a very rude attitude. Never got my full refund she would only give me a refund for 6 of them we had about 12. I will never buy from a store that employs a person like this and I’m pretty sure she was a manager. I also heard her giving the customer before me a hard time

All was very nice employees and clean ,clean store. All was got good sales. I love to shop there. You can sign up for a senior discount it is 10%.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Ship to store is quick and easy. I primarily use instacart for michaels delivery now but when I do go in I never leave empty handed.

Michaels is amazing! They probably have the most bang for the buck, sale prices are amazing, lots of quality items to choose from, friendly staff.

Shelves were empty. Very little wedding decor. Not impressed.
