BabyTuna Poki & Pho

Omg they have been around for a while now in Saugus, and I have passed by many times thinking that they won't have anything for vegetarian people since it's a sushi spot. Boy, was I wrong! I was alittle under the weather and wanted Pho, and once I got there I placed my order and noticed the sushi menu. Saw a baked veggie roll, she suggested it was worth the try and you wont be disappointed! I'm so glad I finally tried and found my new favorite spot.

We ordered 3 items to go, and only 1 item out of 3 tasted exactly how we like it and worth the price. We highly recommend the Luis Hand Roll without jalapeños and mild. Please don't ever order the Chirasi Bowl, it turns out to be pieces of sushi on top of a bowl of plain rice, with a side of seaseed salad. They did not serve soup or anything else, so it was pricey and the sushi tasted meh. Yellowtail roll was okay but not exciting. We didn't order Pho or anything else for there is any place to sit properly to enjoy soup or other dishes.

This place seemed nice from the start. Pleasant experience with a contemporary feel. The chef was funny in that when he placed the food on the table he made a funny noise and it made me laugh. The pho is great. I had the pho#1. The spoon was a little big, but that is ok with me. Overall I recommend this place. 5 of 5 stars. Must try is you like pho.

Exceptional service. Kid friendly menu and fresh poke, sashimi and sushi. If you want well prepared sushi in a fairly quiet environment this place is my recommendation to you

This place is always a bit quiet though it has some of the best sushi I have ever had. While they don't have expensive cuts of sushi, they regularly have excellent Toro rolls and their chili oil and yuzu sauce options are amazing.

The first visit was great. My second and third visit the portions were less and the table service was terrible. I had to ask the waitress for everything from napkins to a drink.

Ive always been interested to try this place because we love poke and pho. Unfortunately, now we probably wont out of principal. Today we were in the area and my 4 yr old had to go to the bathroom and this restaurant was the closest location to where we were. I politely asked if my daughter could use the restroom and she politely responded sorry, for customers only.

First time here, I ordered 3 bowls of Pho and some egg rolls to go and the broth we got for the Pho was terrible. Very oily and bad taste. I love pho but this experience was very bad.
