Nobody helped me when I was looking for skincare, foundation, and even high end fragrance. They went towards people of no color. Like poc don’t also have needs for beauty. It wasn’t all bad. I wasn’t acknowledged. Even tho, I’m glad they had products for me when I needed it, I just had to find it myself.

I always get my hair done at the salon. I have never had a bad cut from any of the stylists I have ever gone to across the state and country. They are one of the only salons that makes their stylists pass a technical test before being hired!

Experince was fine till I got to the register and horribly offended the cashier by declining a phone number for their rewards/tracking program. This resulted in the cashier aggressively pushing the program then going silent, and then just walking away when finished. Never offered a bag or said good bye etc.

I got my eyebrows done by Ja who was incredible! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Ja if you need your brows looking on point!

I was apprehensive having someone new waxing and shaping my caterpillar eyebrows after trusting Sam for 2 whole years, however JA made me feel comfortable and she took her time! She was very thorough and just the sweetest! Would absolutely recommend!

I went into Ulta for an eyebrow ,lip u0026 chin wax and my god!! Book and appointment with Ja! She is incredible. Her attention to detail is immaculate. I have literally never been so satisfied with a wax and I’ve been to so many places. I have thick latina facial hair and she made my entire face so baby smooth and my eyebrows were the perfect shape. 11/10 Thank you Ja!! 🙏🏼
