DICK'S Sporting Goods

Had the best customer service experience while walking around today looking in all areas of the store. I was offered assistance throughout the whole store from multiple employees. This made for my visit to Dick’s sporting good today tremendously awesome.

Find something you like. Scan the item u0026 description. Someone brings the shoe in you’re size. Good service. Good sale. 👍

So surprised to find exactly what I was looking for! I even asked a worker if they had the yakattack holder and he said no, only online. But then said to try in look in the back corner with the kayaks.....boom it was there!

Place was terribly understaffed. The people who were working didn’t know anything and were so slow to greet or help me. It seemed like the employees had an attitude including the management. I don’t know who runs this store but those in charge need to get it together. From now on I’m shopping at Academy and never coming here again. I try getting help for my glove and the guy they had in charge seemed annoyed and like he didn’t care to answer any questions, completely rude and shouldn’t be working customer service such a bad company.

I want to give Zak a shout up for helping me out in the fishing section. Really really cool and friendly dude. He’s a fisherman himself and hooked me up with some advice that my badass fishing self didn’t know 😅

I went in, the employee who helped me was very kind, quick to assist with no delay or complaints, and kept the experience very stress free. New go to for sporting needs.

Very clean and inviting store! All the employees were polite and I got in and out in a flash. Also, kudos to the cashier Rebecca for the superb job packing all my items very neatly and not smooshing everything together too wrinkle it! Awesome Job!!! Thank you!!!

Depending on what your looking for . They have lots of sports equipment and apparel. Just don't seem to ever have what I'm looking for.
