Comfortable room in good condition. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Desk service was excellent even though we arrived at 2 am, without a reservation. Rodgers made sure our family was comfortable with extra pillows. Breakfast was good with hot protein options. I would definitely stay again

A great location! Gas and different food options nearby, but also quiet and a good place for our dog to get a nice walk in (which often is just a small patch of grass on the side of the hotel or right near a busy street). Roger was especially kind and welcoming. Highly recommend - even for just a brief one or two night stop over!

Great hotel! Super clean, fantastic experience. Beds are a little hard but everything else so makes up for a stiff mattress. Great location to get to my daughter at Kent State. Price is affordable. Breakfast selection is great, hot stuff is hot and cold stuff is cold. Lots of options. I stay in a lot of hotels for work mostly Marriott and Hyatt brands, and I will definitely make this a return to favorite. Staff is all extremely nice and I can't get over the fact of how clean it is!

Came in late midnight, and the front desk service was great. The bed is not the best, but enough for a good night sleep. The bathroom had good water pressure, and it was clean. The breakfast was good too. The area had many hotels, and it's conveniently right next to the I-80 highway.

Poorly managed facility. Their room fire alarms chirp in the middle of the night because they claim they can’t get to change them all on a regular schedule. Complete incompetence. When addressed with front desk they were nonchalant and didn’t even apologize for their mistake rather wanted to give excuses. Breakfast area smells like the workout room which is adjacent to it. STAY AWAY!

I spend 3 nights, really special thanks to (cleaning) stuff❤️. All hotel is shining smell great all time. I would come again n again n again.
