Yesterday on September 1st I took my car there to have the windshield replaced I've been there several other times before never had a problem besides them always bending my windshield wipers to where the windshield wipers don't touch the middle of my window I don't care about that but I noticed scratches all on the inside of my frame from some tool that they were using to either take my windshield off or put it on (leather-like material best way i can describe it) and I already know that they're going to deny it because they're a smaller business at Pick-n-Pull I just noticed it today I don't even know if I would ever go back there again. That wasn't there yesterday morning when I took my car. There was two guys installing my windshield and I don't think it was the older man that did it. There was a younger guy I've never seen there before. I know he was the one that bent my windshield wipers this time because he looked like he was struggling to get it off. My car is financed and I still have payments and it's gonna cost me way more than what I paid for the windshield to fix the damage that was done. Update Sept 6th I went to go use my windshield wiper fluid, tubes got disconnected. Don't let the young dude touch your car.
