10-26-2023 13:28A word of advice - this hotel has mice in the room!!! Not long after I checked in the room and I start to hear squeaking in the room. And after lookaround, I saw a mouse behind the TV!!! Thank God she was scared and run away, but this could tell you how terrible the sanitation is in this hotel. And they have a kitchen and breakfast in the basement...the person in the front desk was polite and immediately checked me out. I never saw mice in a hotel/motel, let alone a 2 star comrt inn!! This is one of the extremely terrible lodging experiences

08-04-2023 11:31I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the convention center (11 min walk) and having prior good experience at Choice hotels. This did not live up to those prior experiences. Rooms are TINY! The placement of the wardrobe and door made it difficult to get inside the room in the first place when carrying luggage. The carpet was worn and did not seem clean. Pillows, sheets, and comforter looked clean, and the pillows were very comfortable. However, on the third night, I woke up with several bug bites on my legs. The furniture is dated and in need of replacement; the door to the TV stand was warped at the bottom, as if I had gotten wet at some point. The bathroom was tiny with minimal counter space. The shower curtain had a dark brown stain of unknown origin, and there was visible mold inside the shower knob. The second night we were there, I noticed a rat scurry into one of the lower level windows of the building as we were walking past the building. Breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast. The breakfast attendant was friendly and helpful, as were the front desk staff. Someone had mentioned rude front desk staff in a previous review, and that was not our experience. Parking was not convenient— you have to park several blocks away in a garage, and they give you coupons to pay a lower rate ($10/day) for parking. The parking garage has poor signage and was difficult to navigate.

05-02-2023 17:17Happy to be one of the people with zero complaints and a great room! The room was clean (I checked a lot around and the bathroom and bed extensively) and comfortable. A tiny bit small and out dated but honestly who cares if you're there for only a few days, and even though it was small they still managed to fit a desk, an extra wardrobe, and a small fridge. That's a win in my book! They also had great, friendly, and fast people behind the front dest, and a luggage storage for up to midnight! Super awesome breakfast with waffles 🧇 😋
