I will never go here again!! I wish I could leave no stars. We ordered a cake on Monday to be ready at 12pm on Saturday for my son's birthday. My husband went to go pick it up and no one is there, store is closed. Sign says they open at 11am. Waited a half hour and still no one. How do you run a business like that. Had to go somewhere else last minute and settle for a different cake. Top it off, we already paid in full.

The cake I got here for my daughter's birthday was the best ice cream cake we've ever had!

Every time I come in here it’s gets dirtier and dirtier. There was hair on the freezers, the floor is sticky. The staff is not welcoming and has no personality. They were pouring soft serve into ice cream containers and just throwing in toppings. I won’t come back until either management cleans up or a different ice cream shop goes there. I walked out, I felt myself getting sick just standing in there. Disgusting.

Worst carvel ever! Walked in no greeting couldn't be bothered. I felt so unwelcome. I also got old freezer burnt ice cream and my order took forever. I had to repeatedly tell him what I wanted because because he was not paying attention!!

While in town on a visit w family, craving some good old Carvel, we attempted to grab some good at this location. We entered to find a man working on the machine with his back to us...no acknowledgement that we entered the building. We looked around as we were figuring out what we wanted..said man disappeared to the back somewhere, not to return... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!! We just left...

Flying sauce and cakes were fresh from the freezer. Ice cream wasn't hard when we purchased it.
