I had an unusual project for my business that I was unsure any plumber would take, especially since most of the trades are booked out for a while. Dean got back to me fast and was able to get the job done within the week and made it seem like a easy, quick fix. Thank you Dean @ American Pluming, now there are not leaks!

He showed me exactly what the issue was, how he fixed it, and made some recommendations to clean/dry the area out quickly. We lined up this business to replace a sewage pump. The owner calls and says he is on his way To our house. Right before he hangs up he says this is COD and I say I’m not sure if anyone is going to be here and how much is The job as you haven’t even seen it yet And I was just assuming you would bill me as you never mentioned this before. The owner proceeds to hang up on me and says “you seem like more trouble than this job is worth” I immediately call him and then I text Him and say did you seriously just hang up on me …I will give you 10 minutes before I leave a Google review We have work done on our house all the time and this was by far the strangest experience and lack of people skills we have ran into

I wish I knew about American Plumbing sooner. We were in a bind on a Friday evening. We called and Dean showed up 15 minutes later(no joke). Not only did he solve our immediate problem but he noticed a leak by our washer and fixed it, saving us a potential massive flood. He is also incredibly friendly, polite and knowledgeable. When we asked our two friends who they used, they both said American Plumbing. We will only use American plumbing for any plumbing needs moving forward!

I can't say enough about how wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable Dean is. He is truly an excellent plumber. I have used him three times, and I am well pleased with his expertise and ability to deal with the problems I have with a home that is 92 years old. I highly recommend him if one has plumbing problems. You, too will be satisfied!
