05-13-2023 15:06The Nordstrom is extremely unaccommodating and has poor customer service skills. Each time that I visit, the manager has shown no autonomy or concern for her customers. The evening shift manager. My elderly grandmother bought a pair of shoes that she could not fit. She struggles with mobility and asked me to return the shoes. I do understand that every company has store policy to adhere for returns, however I do know managers often have the ability to make certain calls given different circumstance. If there is an over ride option available when is that to be used and what kind of instances? This particular manager continues to make the wrong call when ensuring customers can be properly helped. My grandmother and myself enjoying shopping at Nordstrom, however this location on canal customer service lacks in so many ways. I am again extremely disappointed, by the unnecessarily lack of courtesy that could have been easily extended to my 74 year old grandmother to allow her to return shoes she can not fit with the reciept and visible tag still attached. Even the store bought bag, where the shoes have sat. In response to that poor response- I have had several poor experiences at this location. This same store sold me a toddler outfit without a tag. I went home and realized it was the wrong size and I was not allowed to exchange the outfit that was incorrectly sold as again it did not have tag on the garment. This store lacks basic customer service policies and refuses to show discretion to accommodate their customers that spend their money on their merchandise. This store and franchise is horribly managed up and down.

04-08-2023 18:22I had one the the best customer service experiences I've had. An associate named Meysha (uncertain of spelling) made me feel like a valued customer. I bought only a few clearance sale items totaling less than 25 dollars. She so attentively tissue paper wrapped each of the glass items, to prevent damage while I carried them. And while doing so enthusiastically engaged in a very polite conversation. Her genuine pleasant demeanor gave it that personal touch that made me feel so welcomed and valued as a customer! She has such a natural talent. I spent only a few dollars and left feeling like like a true Nordstrom VIP! Thank you Meysha! )) PS the gifts made it home safely)

04-06-2023 08:30Associates were so nice and welcoming. The fitting rooms were nice and there were many of them. No wait. Also a restroom which is always appreciated! Huge selection of everything you can think of. Many clearance racks as well, which I'm all for a good deal! First time here and won't be my last. I found so many nice things! Again..huge selection of everything!
