Great Clips

I went in yesterday for a hair cut, the first time in a many years. Normally I trim my own but I decided to have someone else do it. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name who cut my hair. He was very friendly, but was maybe too distracted with talking. I had to stop him before he started cutting my hair because I hadn’t even told him what I wanted done yet. I asked to take about 8 inches off and just a straight across cut, no layers. He pulled all my hair to my back and cut a straight line and called it good. He maybe cut 4 inches off, which was about half of what I asked for. I pulled the front ends of my hair to the front and noticed they were not the same lengths and asked him about it. He again pulled all the hair to the back and said it was straight. Must not have understood what I meant. At this point I decided to just go pay and fix it myself at home. When I got home, my daughter noticed in the back this giant chunk that is about 2 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. Needless to say, I gave myself a whole new haircut and I am very thankful my hair was so long to begin with. I’ve called and asked for a refund and the manager was not in until tomorrow. But I think this particular person might need to be reevaluated for quality of cuts! The only reason I am changing this to a 3 star rather than a one is because the lady I spoke with this morning was very nice and apologetic and offered for me to come in so she could fix it. If I hadn’t done it myself already, I may have. I also realize that not all the stylists leave you with this quality of a cut and my kids have had theirs done in the past and it was just fine so I don’t want this to reflect upon the others who are doing a good, quality job!
