Very helpful and polite staff. Went in with an idea for a personalized jewelry piece and they helped make it a reality within minutes. Couldn’t be any happier with my experience. Will be back in the future!

Wonderful service! I needed to get my engagement ring resized within a short timeframe before my engagement photos, and Mona and the bench-jeweler went above and beyond to make this happen for me. My ring looks beautiful, and the way the jeweler cleaned it makes it sparkle more than ever! I plan to come back to this store for future jewelry needs!

I attended a customer appreciation evening at the store. Mark and Damon made me feel welcome and important. They are very professional, and they know their products extremely well. I made a purchase and I am very pleased with Citizen watch that I went with. The drinks were fantastic too 😉 Thanks for a great time!
