This beauty supply store is hands down one of the best on Midlothian Turnpike. I've lived in the area for years and I've been to more than I can count. Every time I visit this location the prices are consistent, the selection is plentiful, I can always find what I need/am looking for, the environment is welcoming and pleasant, and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd be heart broken if they ever shutdown and I'll definitely be back soon.

Regina's still opened... Under NEW management...The new proprietors are a very nice young couple who aim to please. The young gentleman goes out of his way to help you find what you are looking for! I'll tell all my friends to give this young couple a chance to serve you 😜

Closing her doors end of Nov.2022. Bitter sweet always had whatever I need.. The best customer service . We are we going g to miss Regina I wish her well.

Old outdated stuff. Nothing good inside. No wonder nobody shops here.

I arrived to the store around normal business hours at 6:59p on Tuesday and proceeded to open the door. The sign read , “Open,” however the door was locked. I then noticed about 4 other people waiting inside their vehicles. There was a note on the door stating, “We will be back at 7p.” So I waited in my car until around 7:19p and no one ever came to open the store. Myself and others left. Not good for business since the new owners took over ! Such a waste of time. (The store was suppose to be open until 8p).

TAPE IN EXTENSIONS ARE SOLD HERE! I am so happy to announce that this store is literally like the only store in Richmond where you can purchase tape in extensions. It feels so good to be able to go to a store and actually see the products for your self, unlike ordering them online and not knowing what you’re gonna get until it arrives. The owner Mr T. was so professional and a overall great person to work with. I highly recommend this beauty supply store to any and everyone to get all of your beauty needs.

The employee was really helpful. I hadn't been in a while so things had been moved. I found what I needed. It is always a reliable place. Also I do appreciate that they carry more natural hair products than most.
