THE FACE SHOP (89846)

Came here a few weeks ago with my friends, and I just couldn’t shake the negative experience off my mind! Especially we went to Fairview today and wow, what a difference!!! My friend was helped by this younger girl at first. She was so nice. We all had a good conversation and then they started to talk about the products. I was just looking around since I didn’t need anything. An older lady came and just stared at us, it felt so uneasy. Turns out she was a staff because she just rudely intervened the conversation! And she yelled at the younger girl in front of us!! On top of that she kept rolling her eyes and sighing, telling us she’s new and doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Well maybe you should assist her and not yell at her in front of customers!?!? Then the older lady went on for a really long time explaining about the products to my friend and even tried to pressure us to buy! We clearly didn’t want to engage and came in for 1 item, but she just kept talking and pushing, it was really exhausting. She was just too much! After we left, I saw her yelling at the younger girl, felt so bad for her. Hopefully the company sees this and will have a chat with them about the treatment of their staffs and customer service! We are never coming back to this location again! We actually went by Fairview today and the service was way better! Nicer staffs and she gave us samples!
