Worked with Frank for our kitchen renovation. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. We purchased a Miele range/oven and dishwasher, a Bosch refrigerator, and a Sharp microwave. They delivered at a reasonable time for us. Our kitchen is beautiful. The appliances look great and uniform (I was keen on having the same shade of stainless steel and style handle bars), and they work well. Frank also helped in making sure we didn't miss any sales/rebates. Thank you, Frank and Appliance World.

Excellent customer service! Dan took time to find out what kind of appliances we were hoping to install in our newly renovated kitchen. Then took more time to explain the features and benefits of each one. Claire was excellent communicating with us about our delivery timeline and the process involved with our rebates. Even the men who delivered our appliances were excellent- opening each box to make sure there was no damage to them. Unfortunately, there was BUT Dan was able to quickly remedy that and get us a brand new replacement. We highly recommend Appliance World from their extensive knowledge about the appliances in their store to their customer service. It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

What a great experience! Stephen was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Getting appliances was a breeze. Every interaction from Stephen to the receptionist to the delivery personnel was completely pleasant. What a well-run business. We're lucky to have them!

Bertazoni Fail - The problem is the gasket to seal the oven only has five hooks to hold it in place, and the gasket falls off every time I open the oven. The gasket would have 15 hooks if it were to match the holes that are built into the oven. I've had numerous service calls and they always claim it's the right part… but acknowledge that it does not work. No solution. Even direct communication with Bertazoni Repair produced no solution.

Knowledgeable Bosch and Miele dealer. Strong yet subtle character personal / customer service. More than reasonable with pricing. Relaxed clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.
