I really like going there cause it’s close to my house but every time I go there I feel that as if I’m being watched, makes me feel really uncomfortable I own a home I have plenty of money in the bank but one certain gentleman there not the owner I know he’s doing his job, but sometimes I think he’s doing it a little bit too much like he’s being security I’m also people have bad reputation but not everybody’s like that so maybe they should talk to him to tone down a little bit I really want to continue doing business there

They almost always have what we need/are looking for - in fact, when we can't find it at the major chain hardware stores, we will find it here. Customer service is spot-on..! Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Location is convenient and getting in and out super-quick.

I stop through here every other week or more for a whole assortment of items to include mulch, hardware, pruning tools and much more. They have quite a robust set of options for most household maintenance needs. I consider True Value my local mini-lowes and I try and stop here first if I can before running across town to look for parts, pieces and tools. The staff is always forthright and friendly and eager to help as soon as you walk in the door. It's almost never crowded and well staffed so the service levels are outstanding and speedy. I'm definitely glad they added True Value to this community as I believe it holds up to its name.

Always a pleasure to stop in there. The staff is so helpful and happily greeting all customers... Will go there before Lowe's or home depot from now on! I run a big box store and they usually have the out of ordinary hardware I need to serve my customers..
